【店舗運営業務全般】

全国転勤ではなく、関東圏でのエリア限定採用。
家具・インテリアの接客販売、売場づくり、商品管理など店舗運営業務全般をお任せします。
昇給も可能で、将来的に店長やエリアマネージャーを目指せる環境です。

専門知識は入社後に習得できます。現場ではインカムなどで常に連絡でき、不明点もすぐ確認可能。
まずはお客様のニーズを汲み取り接客をお願いします。実績や意欲次第でキャリアアップ可能です (中途入社後1年で店長実績あり)。
同業だけでなく、小売業・アパレル業・家電量販店等の接客業をしていた方におススメです。
給与
【月給】229,199円~
【想定年収】320万円~600万円
賞与実績:年2回(6月・12月)、昇給1回(7月)
【諸手当】通勤手当(会社規定に基づき支給)、残業手当(固定残業代制 超過分別途支給)

勤務曜日・時間
9:30~20:30の間で
実働7~9時間/シフト制(実働8時間 ※休憩60分)
※総労働時間:1週あたり40時間
- 残業手当全額支給
- 残業は月平均15時間程度です
資格・経験
【必須条件】
- 顧客折衝経験をお持ちの方(業界不問)
- 高卒以上
【歓迎条件】
販売・接客(家電量販店、ホームセンター、アパレル等)、営業(不動産、個人営業等)など、
対人業務の経験がある方
