仕事内容:
定員20名の障がい者グループホームでの生活支援をお願いします。
利用者さんは精神7割、知的2割、身体1割弱の割合です。
※身体介助・食事介助・トイレ介助などはなく、見守り程度で腰痛の心配や体力の負担はありません
【主な仕事内容】(マニュアル各種あり)
- 仕事は日勤、夕勤、夜勤があり、それぞれ調理担当と掃除担当にわかれます。
- 朝昼夕の食事を作って頂き、お風呂の用意や共有部の掃除など、ご家庭でされているような家事全般を行います。
- バイタル測定、服薬の確認、夜間の見守りとそれらの記録。
- その他、入浴の声かけや就寝の声かけ、仕事の送り出しなど。
- 日勤の方は、スーパーへの買い出し業務があります。

未経験から働き始めた方もいます。福祉・介護に興味はあるけど体力に自信のない方も大丈夫です。身体介護はなく見守り程度です
18年間、精神科の看護師として勤めた社員から専門的指導が出来ます。あなたがわからない事や困った時などは、頼ることが出来ますし、社員が休みの日でもLINEなどを利用し対応しています。
- 未経験の方でも働きやすいようにはじめは必要人数に含まず、安心して仕事を覚えて頂く体制が整っています。人員配置は、日勤2名体制、夕勤3名体制、夜勤2名体制になります。
- 20代から70代まで幅広い年齢層の方が活躍しています。
- スタッフは皆明るく、気さくに利用者と接しています。
- 飲食での勤務経験を活かし、食の面からサポートしたいという思いから働いてくださっているスタッフもいます。
- 働いているスタッフが友達や知り合いを誘って、スタッフとして働いているぐらい働きやすい職場環境です。
- 感染症や食中毒などについてもマニュアルを完備しています。
- 月1回ZOOMも含め会議を開き、情報共有をしています。(会議も時給は発生します)
- 週1回から可能です。希望に合うようにシフトを組みます。

勤務時間・曜日:
- 日勤9~18時 休憩1時間
- 夕勤15~21時 休憩なし
- 夜勤21~9時 休憩2時間
