仕事内容:

Azure上で稼働する自動車向けサービスの課題解決エンジニア

<主な業務内容>

・サービス障害時のログ・ネットワーク解析による原因特定

・開発ベンダー・テスト部隊との協働による恒久対策設計

・リリース計画の策定と実装・検証のリード

・障害状況と対策進捗の日本語(必要に応じ英語)レポート作成

・関係部門への状況説明

・JiraでのチケットManagement

・Azure DevOpsとの連携による品質と納期の統制
