【仕事内容】

需要の無くならない建設業界で、企業とそこで働きたい技術者を繋ぐ人材コーディネート業務です。あなたの営業経験や現場知識を活かし、双方にとって最適なマッチングを実現してください。

*求職者への対応・条件交渉

*就業後のアフターフォロー

*その他、電話応対・資料作成 など

※まずは先輩のサポート・OJT研修からスタート

【本当の意味で休める土日祝休み】

完全週休2日制で、年間休日は124日。「休みの日も電話が鳴り止まない」なんてことはありません。趣味や家族との時間を満喫し、心身ともにリフレッシュして仕事に向き合えます。

【経験者が驚くほどの低残業】

月の平均残業時間はわずか8時間程度。1日あたりに換算すればほぼ定時退社です。さらにフレックス制度や時差出勤も相談可能で、自分らしい働き方を実現できます。

状況に応じてテレワークや在宅勤務も可能です。PCやiPhoneは貸与され、通信費も支給。賞与は年3回の実績があり、安定した収入と働きやすさを両立できます。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

9:00~18:00(実働8時間)

※残業ほぼなし/月平均8h程度

<フレックスタイム制度も利用可>

希望により時差出勤・フレックス勤務も相談可

勤務日の調整なども気軽にご相談ください。

<勤務時間例>

7:00~16:00(実働8時間)

9:00~15:00(実働5時間) など

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万5600円 〜 40万4700円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万6400円 〜 4万7300円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり15時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
