【仕事内容】

同社にて以下の業務をお任せします

・MUFGの購買最適化、効率化に向けたプロセスや統制ルールの企画立案・推進。

・社内の購買デマンド管理やコスト意識醸成に向けたカルチャー変革推進。

・購買調達活動の基盤システム・インフラの企画、構築、普及に向けたユーザーサポート。

【募集背景】

・経費資源の有効活用や経費率改善、サプライヤとの健全で適正な関係性構築を企図し、購買統制機能を担う組織を約4年前に設立。メーカー等に比し購買機能は未だ不十分であり、一層の組織の成長、組織の強靭化が必要。他社で培ったこれまでの購買スキル・経験の専門性を活かし、MUFGへの知見伝播やMUFGのコスト改善、カルチャー変革等を一緒に進めていただけるメンバーを募集。

【求める人材】

・購買調達に関するシステムの導入経験

・利害の異なる内外関係者と円滑に協議を行い合意形成をリードするコミュニケーションスキル

【歓迎】

・調達プロフェッショナル認定資格CPP-A級/B級

・Certified Professional in Supply Management

・大企業での購買・調達業務経験

・大量のデータを集計・分析し、施策の活用に活かせる能力

・PCスキル(特にExcel、access、PowerPlatform)

・英語でのコミュニケーション力(TOEIC730以上目安)

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
