ビジネスサイド全体のBPRを担当いただきます。
【具体的には】
・Salseforceの設計、構築
・Quote-to-Cash(QTC)の設計、構築、改修
・各部署のKPIモニタリング環境の構築
・営業オペレーション全般の業務改善
各部署と積極的にコミュニケーションを取り、業務プロセスに関する潜在的な課題を見つけ、必要な改善、抜本的な立て直し等を裁量持って進めていただきます。

【求める人材】
下記いずれかの経験(3年程度以上)
SalesforceなどのSFA/CRMの導入・構築経験
Salesforce認定アドミニストレーター資格もしくは同等の業務経験
アプリケーションの設計・開発経験
コンサルファームでのSFA/CRM領域のコンサルティング経験

・ 基本情報技術者試験相当の知識・経験
・ アプリケーション開発におけるアーキテクチャ設計や要件定義設計の経験
・ 業務改善・業務改革の経験
【給与】
年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
