Tech Mahindra is looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Business Analyst who is fluent in both Japanese and English to join our growing ServiceNow team.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow implementations
Work across ServiceNow ITSM development, configuration, integration, and business analysis tasks
Identify process improvement opportunities and automation potential using ServiceNow Flow Designer and Orchestration
Create detailed user stories, functional specs, and process documentation to support development efforts
Act as a liaison between business teams and technical developers to ensure accurate solution delivery
Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other QA efforts
Assist in change management, including user training and documentation
Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics widgets within ServiceNow
Required Qualifications:
Foundational understanding of ServiceNow ITSM with 5+ yrs of experience (knowledge of additional modules is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English
Ability to analyze workflows and propose effective ServiceNow solutions
Experience writing business documentation and process flows
Comfortable working in cross-functional, multicultural teams
