大手クレジットカード会社でのアウトバウンド(発信)のお仕事です。

  • 新規オープニングの窓口40名の大募集

SMS・DMでご案内を送付したカード会員様への発信案内業務と反響入電対応をお任せします。ノルマは一切ありません

ご案内スクリプト※例

「先日、ローンカードのご案内をSMSでお送りさせていただきましたが、ご検討はいかがでしょうか?」

  • お申込みの意志ありの場合は、SMSで申込みフォームを送付。

「着信があったので折り返しました」

  • お客様情報をお伺い&検索し、該当の案内を実施

対応件数&時間※想定

1件にかかる時間は後処理を含め4分以内を想定しています。ご案内する内容が決まっているため対応はとてもシンプル1時間に4~6件程度ご対応頂く想定です。

大手クレジットカードでの発信業務で40名のオープニングスタッフを募集中2026年4月or5月からスタートのお仕事「春から心機一転したい」「3月で仕事が終わるので次の仕事を探していた」「コールセンターの経験を活かしたい」という方にはピッタリのお仕事です

オフィスは札幌駅北口から徒歩1分でビル1Fにはコンビニもあり周辺には飲食店も多数10:50始業のため、朝はゆっくり

【入社・研修】

*入社日…2026/4/1(水)・5/1(金)

※入社日は9:15~18:15(実働8時間)勤務

※最終面接日:4月3/30(月)AM・5月4/28(火)AM

*研修…座学4日間、OJT14日間

※10:50~20:00(実働8時間)

10:50~20:00(実働8時間・休憩70分)

  • 残業ほぼなし

20:00終業の1シフトのみです

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1400円

給与例


【月収例・週5日勤務の場合】

時給1400円×実働8時間×22日

=月収24万6400円

上記に加え、別途交通費月5万円まで規定支給あり
