職務内容:
医療機器向けプロダクトエンジニアリングアーキテクトは、シニアテクニカルリーダーとして、技術基準と規制基準を確実に守りながら、様々な診断・モニタリング医療機器の設計・開発、ライフサイクル管理をリードします。システムエンジニアリングにおける優れたスキルと、お客様のニーズや課題を直接理解し、対話できる能力を持つ候補者を求めています。候補者は、要件定義から製品実現に至るまで、エンジニアリングソリューションの提供を担当し、プロダクトオーナー/システムアーキテクトとしての役割を担います。コアとなるハードウェア/ソフトウェアの専門知識に加え、すべてのシステム要素を効果的に管理し、オフショアのハードウェア、ソフトウェア、機械チームと協力して、納品時のお客様満足度を確保します。また、お客様との連携を拡大するための提案を作成することも求められます。腎臓デバイス(透析)の経験をお持ちの方は尚可。

応募資格:
関連分野の学士号、日英バイリンガル能力
15年以上の組み込みソフトウェア開発経験
組込みC言語に関する豊富な知識を有し、優れた分析能力を有すること
MCU/SoC上でのOS/RTOS/QNX を使用した組込みソフトウェア設計・開発経験
システムアーキテクチャの設計、実装、単体テスト、検証、妥当性確認が得意な方
センサー制御やモーター制御の組込みソフトウェア開発経験
SPI、I2C、CAN、Ethernet、USBなどの通信プロトコルの深い理解
OSのコンセプト、マルチスレッドアプリケーション、IPCメカニズム、スケジューリング、メモリ管理に関する十分な理解
ボードの立ち上げと診断に関するハードウェアの基本的な知識
JTAG、SWDなどのハードウェアデバッグツールやインターフェイスの使用経験
コミュニケーション(日本語、英語)スキルが高く、チームでの協働経験があること
クライアント対応およびオフショア開発チームとの調整
開発チームへの技術指導、エンジニアの指導、卓越した技術の模範となること
歓迎条件:
組込みGUI開発経験
医療製品開発に関する規制基準およびガイドラインに精通していること(IEC62304 / IEC62366 / IEC / ISO14971)
5年以上の医療分野での組込みソフトウェア開発経験
言語スキル:
日本語 - ビジネスレベル / JLPT N2またはそれ以上 (読み書き)
英語力 - ビジネスレベル(コミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力が必要)
