仕事内容


ナカトウハウジングの様々な事業の事務作業を行っていただくスタッフを募集します。

はじめは以下の2つの事業の事務から少しずつお任せしていきます。

  • 駐車場管理

・契約書の作成、手続き

・駐車場の空き状況の問い合わせ対応

・入金確認、管理

・地主様へ提出する精算書の作成及び郵送

・請求書・領収書の対応及び発行 など

  • 福祉用具事業

・書類・契約書の作成

・請求関連の対応

・電話サポート など

様々な業務がありますが、覚えてしまえば難しい業務はありません。

はじめは社長が指示する業務を行ってもらえればOKです。

従業員は現時点で社長一人しかいませんので面倒な人間関係は一切ありません。

ノビノビと仕事に取り組んでいただける環境です。

意欲のある方は「福祉用具専門相談員」の資格支援や正社員登用などもございます。

【必須条件】

・何かしらの事務経験がある方

・PCでの業務が可能な方(エクセル入力、表作成、表計算ができる方)

・人間関係に悩まされたくない方

※現在従業員は社長1名のみ。面倒な人間関係は一切ありません。

その代わりに任された業務をしっかりこなせる責任感がある方と一緒に働きたいと考えています。

黙々と仕事に向かえる環境です。

勤務時間詳細


平日のみ/9:00~18:00

週3日以上、勤務時間については面接の際にご相談ください。
