Next Generation Platform PMMは、過去2年間にわたる統合作業を経て構築された次世代統合プラットフォーム(Agentforce、Data Cloud、MuleSoft、Informaticaなどを含む)の価値を、日本市場に展開する重要な役割を担います。
このポジションは、メタデータフレームワークを基盤にした高いカスタマイズ性とAI統合を特徴とするプラットフォームを、IT組織・CIOといったテクノロジーリーダー層に訴求し、Salesforceの中核機能としての定着を目指します。
 

主な業務内容

• 統合されたNext Gen Platform(Data 360, MuleSoft, Informatica 等)について、ターゲットオーディエンスに響く魅力的なプロダクトメッセージングとポジショニングを作成
• ITエグゼクティブ(CIO等)との対話機会を企画・推進し、日本企業のDX・AI戦略におけるSalesforceプラットフォームの価値を訴求
• プロダクトの日本ローンチに向けた各部門(営業、SE、PM、Enablement、アライアンス等)との連携
• 営業チームによる販売促進のための営業イネーブルメントや資料(プレゼンテーション、デモ、FAQ、競合ポジショニングなど)を開発
• イベント登壇、顧客ワークショップ、CIOラウンドテーブル等を通じた認知向上活動
• 本社Next Gen Platform PMMチーム、その他本社PM/PMMチームと連携しながら、最新のメッセージングを基に日本市場に合わせた効果的なメッセージを展開
• マーケティング活動に活用できるコンテンツ作成、メッセージング支援

必要な経験/スキル

• ソフトウェアまたはSaaS業界でのプロダクト関連経験(5年以上)
• B2Bエンタープライズ市場での顧客対応経験、およびCIOやIT部門との折衝経験
• Salesforce製品群または同等のエンタープライズプラットフォームに関する実務経験
• データ統合、API管理領域に関する実務経験、テクノロジ理解
• 社内外の多様なステークホルダーと円滑に連携するための高度なコミュニケーション力
• 日本語と英語による優れた書面・口頭コミュニケーションスキル(英語: TOEIC 800点以上目安)
• イベント登壇やプレゼンテーション経験(テクニカルな内容含む)

望ましい経験/スキル

• Salesforce製品群(Agentforce, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Informatica等)に関する知識や導入経験、デモ作成経験
• プロダクトマーケティングまたはエバンジェリストの経験
• コンピュータサイエンスまたはエンジニアリング領域の学位
