【Responsibilities】

As a Tech Lead (Senior Server-Side Engineer) for the company's app, you'll manage both development projects and service operations.

1. Implementing and Driving Product Initiatives

You'll work closely with the PdM and data teams, engaging from the specification design phase with a technical perspective. You'll lead implementation to maximize the value of initiatives, including:

・Growth Initiatives: Designing and implementing medium-term revenue enhancement initiatives over 3-4 month spans.

・Speed Growth Initiatives: Supporting rapid development of short-term KPI improvement initiatives within 1-1.5 months.

・Algorithm Improvement: Implementing and refining logic directly tied to revenue, such as recommendation and search accuracy improvements.

・Unique Value Creation: Developing proprietary features that embody the service's core value.

1. Technical Infrastructure Renewal and Continuous Improvement

・Gradually replacing legacy configurations and driving modernization.

・Redesigning microservice/module architectures based on Spring Boot.

・Unifying and reconfiguring development, testing, and production environments using tools like Docker and Terraform.

1. Advancing and Standardizing Development Processes

・Visualizing development bottlenecks based on process analysis and designing improvement loops.

・Redesigning and automating CI/CD, release management, and review frameworks.

・Establishing a flexible development and operation system that excels in both maintenance and growth.

1. Boosting Productivity with Generative AI

・Supporting the adoption and utilization of tools like Copilot and Cursor, and establishing best practices for their use.

・Expanding AI application areas to include test generation, refactoring suggestions, and automated pull request reviews.

・Establishing a collaborative framework with AI by redesigning the development flow.

1. Technical Team Leadership and Organizational Support

・Supporting technical decision-making, and negotiating and facilitating discussions with teams and vendors.

・Formulating and implementing guidelines for code design that prioritize scalability and maintainability.

・Fostering internal training, knowledge sharing, and a strong technical culture within the team.

【Technical Stack】

Languages & Frameworks: Java (Spring Boot), Dart (Flutter), TypeScript )

Infrastructure & Configuration Management: AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda), Terraform, Ansible, Docker

Databases & Key-Value Stores (KVS): MySQL, Aurora, Redis, DynamoDB

Other Tools & Practices: Elasticsearch, Firebase, CI/CD, Code Review Culture

【 Requirements】

【Required】

・Experience in back-end development of web applications (10+ years)

・Experience in business development in Java (3+ years)

・Experience in building and operating infrastructure with AWS or Google Cloud

・Experience in upstream processes such as architecture design and code revie

・Experience in proactively participating in projects as a technical lead

【Preferred】

・Experience in co-creating with PdM and data teams or making technical proposals from the requirements definition stage

・Experience in IaC operations using Terraform, etc.

・Practical experience with generative AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT API, CodeRabbit, etc.)

・Experience in development and technical lead for toC services with more than 100,000 MAUs

・Experience leading a team as a tech lead or IC
