【想定業務】
大手自動車会社内のプレミアムブランド部門における業務のデジタル化を推進。顧客課題を顧客キーマンや営業およびビジネスパートナーと連携し、解決に導いていただきます。
- 業務内容
・顧客業務課題に対して、営業と連携し解決策の企画・提案
・必要ドキュメントの作成(決裁資料の作成および提案書などを含む)
・推進上必要となる技術の調査やビジネスパートナーとの調整
・ビジネスパートナーを含めた、チーム内のメンバー管理
【役割期待】
・大手自動車会社向けの特定領域のデジタル化推進プロジェクトマネージャーを担当
・顧客特定領域内において顧客ニーズに応じたソリューションの企画・提案を実施
・営業と連携しアカウント戦略の立案や市場マーケティングも担当
・リーダーとしてチームメンバーおよびビジネスパートナーを牽引

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
下記いずれかに該当する方
1)顧客規模問わず、PM経験がある方(3年以上)
- 自ら考え、顧客にとって何が良いかを常に意識し自ら行動ができる方
【歓迎する経験・スキル】
・エンタープライズ企業でのPMおよび営業経験(3年以上)
・デジタル化推進に関連する業務経験(AI活用など)
・内製支援ビジネス提案の経験
・製造業業界での業務経験
・MS製品(PowerAPPS等の構築)による業務経験がある方
・情報処理資格各種
・簿記3級
・TOEIC550点以上またはTSST4以上(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
