【店舗内勤での査定・接客】
ご来店のお客様への対応がメイン。新規開拓やノルマに追われるテレアポは一切ありません。
専門の鑑定チームと連携しながら、お客様にご満足いただける買取価格を提示します。
店舗運営の分析にも携われます。

勤務時間・曜日:
9:00~18:00または10:00~19:00。残業月平均10時間以下。

年間休日120日、年末年始休暇(4日)、夏季休暇(3日)、有給休暇、産休・育休実績あり

※原則転居を伴う転勤なし
※ご自宅から通勤可能な店舗へ配属
給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000 〜 ¥800,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥80,000(42時間相当分)を含む。42時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
月給 ¥350,000 〜 ¥800,000+案件ごとにインセンティブ支給
想定年収:500万円~2,000万円
入社1年目で年収950万円を達成する社員も。
