【Amazon Hub デリバリーパートナープログラム概要】
Amazonからの業務委託を受けた一般小売店を代表とする独立事業主(法人)・個人事業主の皆様が、地域に根差したビジネスを展開されている強みを活かして近隣のお荷物を配送頂き、サイドビジネスとして収入を得て頂くAmazonラストマイルの新しいビジネスモデルです。
【Job Summary】
このチャネル・チーム・リード (CTL)のポジションは、四国、及び近畿エリアを中心に担当します。Amazonと業務委託契約を締結する配送ストアの開拓、契約、及び配送オペレーションを推進し、配送ストアのパフォーマンス管理やオペレーション計画の実行をサポートします。担当エリアや業務状況により、月1日程度の出張(宿泊を伴う場合有)や、四国・近畿エリア内のプログラム参加店、および参加候補店への外出が発生する可能性があります。
◆配送ストアとの契約関連の管理:
Amazonとの協業を含めた配送ストアの成長を推進します。配送ストアのビジネスの成長戦略を実行し、Amazonのビジネス機会を最大化するために、配送ストアに対して業務改善のためのガイダンス提供や目標値達成(配送量/初回配達完了率等)のモチベーションを高め、エンゲージメントを向上させ、プログラム継続率を高めていきます。
◆配送ストア新規開拓:新規配送ストアの開拓を目的に営業活動を行い、定期的に新規ストアを訪問する。
◆トレーニング:配送ストアに対してAmazonのプロセス、プロダクト、オペレーションモデルおよび標準オペレーション手順のガイダンス提供やコーチングを実施する。
◆レポーティング:配送ストアの配送品質における直近のパフォーマンスや状況について定期的にレポートを作成し、担当エリア全体の状況報告を上長に対して行う。
◆業務改善:社内の関係部署と連携し、配送ストアへ荷物をお届けする過程における社内プロセスの改善を実施する。
◆その他主要な役割:
-新規店舗獲得を担当する派遣社員に対して営業のサポートを行う。
-配送オペレーションから生じる日々のエスカレーションに対応する。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
【応募条件】●以下いずれかの経験を有していること。
・2年以上の現場オペレーション(小売り、レストラン、SCM、配送の現場など)の管理経験
・業種を問わず営業経験を2年以上有している事(法人営業・個人営業問わず)
●業務改善経験(規模の大小は問わず)
●ビジネスレベルのエクセル操作(基本的な関数やピボットテーブルが扱えるレベル)
●出張(宿泊と伴う場合有)対応可能な方
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
【尚可条件】●ビジネスレベルの英語力

【給与情報】
月額基本給306,000円以上(年俸を12分割支給)
時間外労働手当、深夜勤務手当、法定休日勤務手当分は労働時間に応じて支給される。
