Job Summary
The position's primary responsibility will be to lead project management, launch planning and execution of AR projects (e.g. AR Hip and AR Knee) in the Asia Pacific region.

The Project Manager will lead and work with functional team members to execute all phases of project management activities including scope management, requirements definition and analysis, technical development, testing, validation, communication management, risk management, progress reporting, and budget and resource management.

This role will require the successful candidate to work closely with global, regional and country-based cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, RA, Product Management/Strategic Marketing, Business Development, Legal & Compliance, Operations, Training and Medical Education).

General Functions

• Project manage launch planning and implementation of AR projects in markets outside of Japan
• This role will utilize strong project, task, and resource management experiences and skills to assist the organization in achieving its goals of executing projects on time, on budget, and within scope. In performing these responsibilities, this position will work closely with business leaders and project leaders to assess and track the various activities and resources required in project management.
• Develop and maintain the Master Project Plan and Schedule
• Lead and ensure the documentation and tracking of project reviews
• Ensure proactive mitigation and escalation of concerns, risks, issues, project dependencies, scope change, project conflicts
• Drives the development of collateral and labelling (e.g IFU, user manuals, surgical techniques, marketing collateral) to support AR expansion outside of Japan
• Work with GBU on the integration of AR technology to the global ZBEdge ecosystem
• Additional responsibilities as needed for project completion.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Proven 5-10 years of experience in project management, experience with technology and/or orthopaedics a plus. Project management certification (such as PMP) or formal training strongly preferred
• Experience leading multiple cross-functional and inter-site project teams with results-oriented performance
• Cross-cultural negotiations and communications skills are essential
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience in medical device regulatory environment or quality environment preferred
