仕事内容:

不動産管理会社での一般事務のお仕事です。

契約書作成やデータ入力など、事務業務全般をお任せします。

具体的には

・契約書の作成、申込内容の確認

・家賃などの請求データ作成、入金チェック

・火災保険の加入・更新手続き

・電話・メール対応、来客対応

・PC入力などの一般事務業務

事務経験のある方は、経験を活かしてすぐにご活躍いただけます。

未経験の方も丁寧にサポートしますのでご安心ください。

■ 残業ほぼなし/18:30前退勤もOK

終礼は18:00のため、業務が終わり次第18:30を待たずに退勤可能です(給与減額なし)。

■ 完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

・PCの基本操作(Word・Excel・メール)ができる方

・一般事務、営業事務、不動産事務などの事務経験がある方

・データ入力、営業アシスタントなどの経験がある方

・不動産業界での勤務経験がある方

  • 勤務時間:9:30〜18:30(休憩1時間)※18:00終礼、18:30前退勤OK(給与減額なし)
  • 残業:基本なし
