仕事内容


(仕事内容)

教材開発、模試開発などの開発がメインの仕事になりますが、

担任業務もお願いすることになります。日本語教師や学習者のニーズを分析し、

効果的な教材(教科書、デジタルコンテンツなど)の企画・制作・改善を行う専門職で、

教材開発会社や日本語学校、国際交流機関などで募集があり、

情報収集・分析、執筆、編集、デザイン、音声収録、システム開発など、多様な分野の専門家と連携して、

教育の質の向上に貢献する仕事です。

(歓迎される条件)

日本語教師の資格保持者で経験が3年以上ある方。

日本語教育に関する深い知識(文法、教授法など)。

教材開発やデジタルツールに関する理解。

情報収集力、分析力、コミュニケーション能力。

(紹介予定派遣期間6ケ月期間)

派遣期間 時給1500円~2000円 交通費全額支給

(正社員後の福利厚生)

月給235,589円~308,579円(※想定年収2,827,068円~3,702,948円)

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代51,589円以上

みなし残業時間36時間

求める人材/能力


(歓迎される条件)

日本語教師の資格保持者で経験が3年以上ある方。

日本語教育に関する深い知識(文法、教授法など)。

教材開発やデジタルツールに関する理解。

情報収集力、分析力、コミュニケーション能力。

実働時間:7時間50分/日

  • 実働7時間50分(休憩1時間)

残業は月平均5~10時間程度(繁忙期により変動あり)
