ソーシャルイノベーション事業部にて「復興(地域活性)」、「観光」、
「コミュニティビジネス」、「生活支援・小売」、「ビッグデータの利活用」などの領域で、モノ・コト・人・場所などの社会的価値を大きく変える
「ソーシャルイノベーション」事業の創出に取組んでいただきます。
【職務詳細】
・基礎的な調査や情報整理、社会的課題を構造的に捉えて、
ビジョンやシナリオを描く事業企画
・人間関係やボトルネックの洞察
・リスクマネジメントなども踏まえたプロジェクト設計
・多くの関係者を動かしながら目標を達成するプロジェクトマネジメント

・外出が困難な高齢者でも家に居ながらにして、
豊かな生活を送ることができるライフスタイルの構築事業。
・UR団地居住者を対象として、
高齢者が自宅近くで遣り甲斐と、張り合いをもって働くことができる
環境作りを目指す「コミュニティコーディネート事業」等

・大手事業会社や投資会社、成長ベンチャー企業での事業開発や
事業推進の経験、またはコンサルティング会社での戦略立案、
新規事業立案の経験
・新しい商品・サービスやマーケティング、
キャンペーン企画の立案~検証の経験

・社会的責任のマーケティングという観点で、社会的重要テーマをビジネスとして成立させることへの興味、関心
・官民両領域において、単なる社会貢献のための課題解決ではなく、継続的に収益化する事業創造への興味、関心
【給与】
年収:600万~850万程度
月給制:月額500000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:なし
