Job Summary
アンメットメディカルニーズに応えるエビデンス創出 、ならびに、医科学専門家との医学的・科学的議論を通じ、医療環境向上に貢献し、かつ、患者とその家族、医療従事者にとってのユーシービー製品の価値を最大化する。
Major Responsibilities
共通 (プランニングと実行管理)、エビデンス創出とコミュニケーション
①メディカルのヘッドや他ファンクションと連携して、メディカル戦略プランの作成に参画・貢献する。
②メディカル戦略プランに基づいてMSLチーム全体のフィールドメディカルプランを作成・実施・進捗管理する。
③フィールドメディカルプランに基づいて最新動向(競合情報含む)や、全国の医科学専門家のニーズ・インサイトや競合動向をメディカルストラテジーリードと協働して把握・分析し、チームに共有する
医科学専門家の行動変容と患者アウトカムの向上
①MSLチームとしての組織的な医科学専門家エンゲージメント活動をリードする。
②MSL一人ひとりの効果的な医科学専門家エンゲージメント活動の遂行のために必要なサポートを提供する。
社内関係部署への医学的・科学的インプット
①必要に応じてメディカルストラテジーリードと協働してグローバルのメディカル戦略プランの策定・遂行に貢献する。
②ユーシービー製品のライフサイクルに応じて、社内関係部署への医学的・科学的インプットを通じて必要な他部署の責任者と協働する。
人的リソースプラン策定
①担当領域のストラテジー/プランの遂行に必要な関係部署の責任者(グローバル含む)と組織対組織でゴール・方針を共有し連携する。
②必要な関係者と中長期的・短期なストラテジー/プラン遂行を見据えた組織対組織の信頼関係を構築する。
能力開発(OJT 含む)
①担当領域のストラテジー/プラン遂行のためにチーム全体で強化すべきスキルを特定し、その強化にチームとして取り組む。
②部下の育成(コーチング/メンタリング/フィードバック等)を行うと共に、将来のMMII候補とその将来のキャリアを見極め、育成する。
パフォーマンスマネジメント
② 部下に期待役割を伝え、部下自身による適切なパフォーマンス目標設定を支援し評価を行う。
②部下に対するパフォーマンス評価に関するフィードバックを行い、部下自身によるさらなる挑戦やパフォーマンス改善を支援する。
組織カルチャー醸成
①高い倫理観を持ち、活力が高く働きがいのある社員エンゲージメントの高いチームを創り、一人ひとりが望ましい行動を自律的に取るカルチャーを醸成する。

Bachelor's Degree (理系学部)
TOEIC 730 and above
