職務内容
アジア金融機関宛出資先におけるM&A(出資・買収・提携)後のPMI業務
- 出資買収先に関する中長期事業戦略の策定、個別プロジェクトのプロマネ
- 出資買収先に対する経営管理業務(計数管理・資金調達・リスク管理・コンプライアンス、システム対応等)
- 出資買収先とグループ間でのシナジー創出、営業協働推進

- 金融機関や事業会社でM&Aの実務経験者
- 金融機関の海外子会社に対する経営管理・リスク管理・コンプライアンス・サイバーセキュリティ・内部監査の経験者
- 金融機関における海外業務経験者
※金融機関は銀行のみならず、ノンバンク含む【歓迎要件】
- 海外駐在・海外留学経験者
- インドネシア語・ベトナム語スキル(ビジネスレベル)保有者
