This position is seeking a dynamic candidate who is capable and interested in tackling all kinds of technical issues in a large enterprise environment who is also aggressively growing with sense of ownership and leadership.
We are looking for a passionate and innovative engineer who can bring fresh ideas, lead the development and operation with getting the peers involved proactively, to join us together in delivering best shopping experiences with high speed and time to-market.
ResponsibilitiesRoles and responsibilities:
Determine and define project scope and objectives for IT software development
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan based on priorities provided by product managers
Break down tasks with an understanding of features and architecture
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Be a role model to the team members when it comes to ownership, proactivity and taking responsibility
Handle organizational tasks to support the section
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (BS) in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
Experience working directly with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, agile methodologies (preferably Scrum and Kanban), and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in working in cross-cultural development teams
