仕事内容:
製造工場内での溶接機械の操作(オペレーター)と、製造ライン全体への部材供給を担当していただきます。
具体的な作業内容
溶接機械のオペレーター
自動溶接機や半自動溶接機などの専用機械を操作し、金属部品の接合作業を行います。
溶接する部品を機械の治具(作業補助ツール)に正確にセットします。
設定を確認し、スタートボタンを押して溶接加工を開始・監視します。
溶接が完了した製品を取り出し、次の工程へ運びます。
(※溶接自体は機械が行うため、本格的な溶接技術は不要な場合が多いです。)
ラインへの部材供給業務
溶接ラインやその他の製造ラインで使用する、部品や材料(部材)を供給する作業です。
指示書や在庫状況を確認しながら、倉庫やストックヤードから必要な部材をピッキングします。
部材を台車やフォークリフト(資格者のみ)で運び、ライン作業員がすぐに使えるように所定の位置に配置します。
部材の数量チェックや整理整頓も行います。

溶接技術に触れる
機械オペレーターとして溶接工程に関わることで、将来的に溶接の専門スキルを身につける足がかりにもなります。

部材供給は工場内を動き回るフットワークの軽さが必要であり、体力も活かせます。
未経験者歓迎
機械操作や部品供給の手順はマニュアル化されており、未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。
