プレイングマネージャーとして、顧客獲得からマネージメントと幅広く担当いただきます。

【職務詳細】

■営業組織統括と顧客獲得

・営業チーム戦略・戦術の立案と実行、営業組織のマネージメント管理

・顧客の課題に合わせた提案営業、コンサルティング

⇒すべてのプロダクトを扱う事ができます

・大手クライアントへのエンタープライズ提案、各種営業資料の作成

■商談・ソリューション企画提案

・営業戦略設計及び組織設計・ソリューション営業

・営業KPIの進捗管理、達成に向けた改善策の提示

■リード管理、育成

・Salesforceを活用した商談管理、リード獲得のためのウェビナー登壇

■セールス部隊のマネジメント

・営業戦略設計及び組織設計

・フィールドセールスチームのマネジメント~教育

・インサイドセールス、フィールドセールスそれぞれの組織づくり

・チームメンバーが獲得してきた案件のクロージング

・営業KPIの進捗管理と1on1面談、達成に向けた改善策の提示

・展示会、セミナーなどへ出展し、訪者へ商材説明とクロージングの実施

・無形サービスの法人営業経験

・IT関連サービスでの法人営業経験

・IT領域の知見(業界や主要サービスの変遷、歴史を知っている)

・新規開拓の営業経験

【尚可】

・エンタープライズ営業経験

・営業チームなどの立ち上げ経験

・リード創出経験(マーケティング施策の企画実行など)

・MAツールの販売ナレッジ

・セールスチームマネジメント経験

・セールスプレイングマネージャー経験

・AI領域の知見

【給与】

年収:720万~1500万程度

月給制:月額600000円

給与:※年齢、経験、能力を考慮の上優遇します

賞与:年4回の評価のタイミングで、個人成績に応じて支給

昇給:年4回

【勤務地】

東京都渋谷区南平台町15-13 帝都渋谷ビル8

京王井の頭線「神泉」駅より徒歩5分

JR各線「渋谷」駅より徒歩7分

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし

9時00分~18時00分
