募集部署の事業:
CFO部門は、連結経営インフラを支える業務の質と効率を向上させながら、又、ビジネスの最前線で事業本部と共に、専門性と経営スキルを発揮し事業価値向上に貢献する役割を果たしています。
CFOの主な役割は、投資がもたらすキャッシュフローへの影響のストーリーを語り、その際のリスクを可視化し把握して判断をし、過去の実績を踏まえて将来を説明し成功する仕組みや体制の構築や、事業戦略を理解した上でCEOや社長にデータに基づく問いかけや提案を行うことです。
多種多様なバックグラウンドや、専門性、強みを持つメンバーが適切なタイミングで活躍し、会社の価値向上を目指しています。

具体的な業務内容:
・専門知識と課題解決力を発揮して業務を主導し、当社連結グループの経営基盤(財務・経理・リスクマネジメント)を維持・強化する業務。
・関係会社の事業経営において、実効性のある改善策の立案と実行を通じて事業価値を向上させる業務。
・事業ポートフォリオの戦略的構築、案件の事業性評価、M&A推進等の実務において専門性を発揮する業務。

採用要件
MUST
<経験・資格>
・国内外の取引先との折衝・交渉経験、自ら主体的に取引先や組織の課題解決までやり抜いた経験
・財務諸表とファイナンス分析の経験

800点以上(※目安です。TOEICの取得は応募時に必須の条件ではございません)

・PMI業務経験

資格:公認会計士、税理士、証券アナリスト他
