【仕事内容】

・ゴミの搬出業務

・共用部分に係る鍵の保管、貸出、管理用備品の管理

・建物の諸設備、諸施設の目視点検

・共用部の日常清掃(ゴミ収集曜日対応)

※異常があった時はその状況を報告もらえればOK

上記業務が主体となりますが、勤務希望の時間に応じて担当する業務は若干変更となります。

  • 不明点やトラブル時は都度相談できる環境の為、未経験でも安心で長期間就業可能です

給与


時給 1400円 ~ 1500円

試用期間が最大3ヶ月間あります。

その間も待遇面に変更はありません。
