組織・チームのミッション
まだメルカリを使ったことのないお客様の最大化、及びこれからも長期にわたってメルカリを使い続けてくださるお客様を増やしていくことが最大のミッションです。マーケティングの力で中期経営計画および事業計画に基づいた、計画の達成をリードし、事業の持続的成長を牽引します。
メルカリの事業を加速度的に成長させるには、フリマアプリ「メルカリ」にとどまらず、メルペイ、メルコイン等、メルカリグループ全体のリソースを活用した成長機会に目を向け、マーケティングを含めた様々な投資を拡大する必要があります。マーケティング投資の機会を考えるためには、どのような仕掛けが必要か、ゼロから考え、仕組みを構築していくことが最も求められています。部門横断でのマーケティングプロジェクトを企画・推進し、多様な関係者を巻き込みながら、更なる成長に向けて新たな仕組みを実装し、運用、改善を推進して頂きます。

業務内容
具体的な業務内容は下記です。
Business Strategy & Operations Manager / Lead として、経営・事業の重要アジェンダに紐づく戦略策定および実行推進を担っていただきます。
経営・事業課題を構造化し、マーケティング、プロダクト、オペレーションなど複数領域を横断した中長期戦略の策定から、KPI設計・ロードマップ作成を通じた実行、経営アジェンダに紐づく全社横断プロジェクトの企画・設計・推進、ならびに関係者と連携した施策立案・改善を通じた業務フローや運用プロセスの最適化までを一貫して担います。
CRMを含む顧客体験の高度化、新規サービス領域の検討、AI活用施策など、特定の領域に限定されない事業横断テーマにも関与します。
経営層との議論を通じて論点整理や選択肢提示を行い、戦略・パフォーマンスに関する資料の作成や関係者連携を通じて、全社の意思決定と実行を支援します。

中期経営計画・事業計画に紐づく全社横断の戦略テーマおよび重要アジェンダに関する事業横断施策の企画・推進
社内の複数領域を横断し、社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、事業成長および業務改善を推進するプロジェクト
顧客体験(CX)の高度化など、特定の領域に限定されない顧客接点全体の構造的な改善に関する取り組み
