主な事業内容は、小型SAR衛星と関連システムの開発・製造・打上を通じた衛星コンステレーションの運用と、その取得データの販売、そしてデータ解析ソリューションの開発・販売です。

It constructs and operates a constellation through the development and operation of small SAR satellites, generating and providing data. Using proprietary data analysis capabilities, Synspective offers data-driven solutions to various global challenges. The main business activities include the operation of a satellite constellation through the development, manufacturing, and launch of small SAR satellites and related systems. This encompasses the sale of acquired data and the development and sale of data analysis solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

【部門・ユニット】管理部、HRユニットは、GM含め7名のチームです。

HR Managerを筆頭に、HRBPを含む採用担当が3名。労務専任が1名。労務総務兼任が1名。経営戦略に合わせて資質を備えた人材の供給とIPOに向けた効率的な労務体制の設計と運用に向けて課題解決の役割を担っています。

【担当業務】本社人事と連携しながら、工場における人事・労務全般の担当

  • 労務サポート(給与・社会保険・福利厚生)
  • 入退社対応
  • 緊急時マネジメント(労災・災害時の対応)
  • 採用(JD作成、面接日程調整・面接対応)
  • 工場内における従業員対応の窓口
  • 本社の人事施策や制度を現場に浸透させるにあたり必要な各従業員とのコミュニケーション

  • EnglishDepartment/Unit:The Administration Department and HR Unit comprise a team of seven, including the General Manager (GM). Led by the HR Manager, the team consists of three Recruitment Specialists, one Labor Specialist, and one individual handling both labor and general affairs. They play a crucial role in addressing challenges related to supplying qualified personnel aligned with strategic management and establishing efficient labor systems in preparation for IPO. Responsibilities:Working in collaboration with the head office HR team, responsible for all personnel and labor matters at the factory.Specifically:
    • Labor support (payroll, social insurance, welfare benefits)
    • Handling employee onboarding and offboarding
    • Emergency management (response to work-related accidents or disasters)
    • Recruitment (creating job descriptions, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews)
    • Serving as the primary point of contact for employees at the factory
    • Communication with various employees to ensure the dissemination of HR policies and programs from the head office to the field

Minimum Requirements

  • 新製造拠点(神奈川県)に毎日通勤できる方、勤務地:神奈川県大和市中央林間
  • 2年以上の工場人事、労務経験
  • 英語(日常会話レベル以上)
  • 高いコミュニケーション能力
  • 自主性をもって積極的に課題解決できる意思・能力
  • English
    • Ability to commute to the new manufacturing site in Kanagawa Prefecture (Central Rinkan, Yamato City) daily
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in factory personnel and labor management
    • Proficiency in English (at least conversational level)
    • Strong communication skills
    • Initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities

Preferred Requirements

  • 第一種衛生管理者

    • Certified Health Administrator (Type 1)
    • Experience in recruitment operations

【Range of Location Changes】

  • Locations designated by the company (including places for remote work).

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 - 8,000,000 JPY

  • Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience
  • Personnel evaluation system every 6 months

Hours: Flextime system

  • Core time from 11:00 - 15:00
  • 2 days off a week (weekends) including Japanese public holidays
  • 10 days of paid time leave granted first year with an increment of 1 day every following year (ex. 11 days in the second year) up to a maximum in accordance with Japans labor laws.

Probation: 3 months
