当社は衛星を自社開発・製造し、観測データの取得・販売に加え、データを解析したソリューションの提供を行っている宇宙ベンチャー企業です。

内閣府の革新的研究開発プログラムで研究開発された小型SAR(合成開口レーダー)衛星開発の成果をコア技術とし、当社のミッションである「衛星データを含む様々なデータ解析提供し、データドリブンの意思決定やリスク管理を支え促進することで 【学習する社会】を実現し、持続可能で発展し続ける社会を創造する」ため、2018年に創業しました。

2020年に1機目、2022年に2機目、2023年に3機目の小型SAR衛星の打ち上げに成功しました。

2022年3月末にはシリーズBラウンドで累計200億を超える資金調達を行い量産体制が整い、203X年までに世界中を数時間頻度で観測可能な30基の衛星打ち上げを予定しております。

この衛星データを広く社会実装するために様々なソリューションを開発中して提供予定です。既に地盤変動モニタリング・浸水被害モニタリングの2つのサービスを正式ローンチし、政府自治体、建設コンサル、電力・保険業界などに対してソリューションの提供を開始しております。

• English here Our company is a space venture enterprise that develops and manufactures satellites, acquires and sells observation data, and provides solutions based on data analysis. Using the results of research and development of small SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) satellites conducted under the Innovative Research and Development Program of the Cabinet Office, we established our company in 2018 with the mission of "realizing a learning society by providing various data analysis services including satellite data, supporting and promoting data-driven decision-making and risk management, and creating a sustainable and continuously developing society". We successfully launched the first satellite in 2020, the second in 2022, and the third in 2023. By the end of March 2022, we completed a Series B round of funding, exceeding a total of 20 billion yen, and established a mass production system. We plan to launch 30 satellites capable of observing the world at intervals of a few hours by 203X. We are developing various solutions to widely implement this satellite data. We have already formally launched two services, ground deformation monitoring and flood damage monitoring, and have begun providing solutions to government agencies, construction consultants, and industries such as electric power and insurance.

• 問合せ対応、PCキッティング、アカウント・機器管理、従業員の入退社対応、、マニュアル・手順書の作成
• 対象システム:クラウドサービス(グループウェア、コミュニケーションツール)、一部オンプレシステム(ネットワーク機器等)、従業員PC/周辺機器

  • Handling inquiries, PC kit setup, account and equipment management, handling employee arrivals and departures, creating manuals and procedures
  • Target systems: cloud services (groupware, communication tools), some on-premises systems (network equipment, etc.), employee PCs/peripheral equipment

Minimum Requirements

• 業務内容を実施できる方
• チームメンバーが少ない中で、自ら能動的に調査でき、適切なレベルのコミュニケーション(ITパスポートレベル以上のIT基礎、適切な報連相)が取れる方
• 日本語での読書き/ビジネス会話、及び英語文章を読む事(TOEIC 400~500前後でも可)ができる方。社内文書が一部英語のみとなるため。
• 入社時、及び退社時に秘密情報の保護に関する誓約書を当社と直接締結可能な方

Preferred Requirements

• 情報システム管理の業務経験がある方
• 製造業・工場のIT機器のサポート相当の業務経験がある方
• 生産管理システムの操作・運用等の経験がある方
• プログラミング言語(Go-lang、Python、Java Script、等)でのソフトウェア開発経験がある方(プライベート/業務目的どちらでも可)
• ネットワーク基盤(ルータ、Firewall、冗長構成、VPN、等)の運用経験や構築経験がある方
• English
  • Experience in information system management
  • Experience equivalent to supporting IT equipment in manufacturing plants/factories
  • Experience in operating and managing production management systems
  • Experience in software development using programming languages (Go-lang, Python, JavaScript, etc.) for both private and business purposes
  • Experience in operating and building network infrastructure (routers, firewalls, redundant configurations, VPNs, etc.)

Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Permanent

Location: Chuorinkan, Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 - 8,000,000 JPY

• Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience
• Personnel evaluation system every 6 months

Hours: Flextime system

• Core time from 11:00 - 15:00
• 2 days off a week (weekends) including Japanese public holidays
• 10 days of paid time leave granted first year with an increment of 1 day every following year (ex. 11 days in the second year) up to a maximum in accordance with Japans labor laws.

Probation: 3 months
