DemI Chef de Partie - Hei Fung Terrace
We are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie – Hei Fung Terrace to work alongside our talented and highly motivated team at The Peninsula Tokyo.
- This role is based in the Kitchen Team of a highly prestigious hotel.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare required food items for the next day, ensuring a smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to HACCP standards.
- Prepare and plate menu items according to established guidelines and procedures, guaranteeing exceptional presentation.
General Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for cooking and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
- A basic knowledge of stocks and sauces is essential for success in this role.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an apprentice in a 5-star hotel or equivalent restaurant establishment.
- Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated, and positive working attitude are essential qualities for this position.
