We are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie – The Lobby/ Cafe to achieve the company's objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Working alongside a talented team at The Peninsula Tokyo, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly prestigious hotel kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and equipment for the next day.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work area and equipment.
  • Ensure HACCP standards are met.
  • Prepare and plate menu items according to established guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about cooking.
  • Basic knowledge of stocks and sauces.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an apprentice in 5-star hotels or equivalent establishments.
  • Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
