具体的な業務内容
マッチングサービス「with」の成長を加速させる、デジタルマーケティングマネージャー(リーダー候補)を募集しています。主に獲得広告における戦略設計・広告代理店とのリレーション設計・インハウス運用サポートなど、会員獲得に関する全般のディレクションをご担当いただきます。
※近い未来に獲得広告のチームリーダーを担っていただける方/担いたい方を希望
※広告運用担当の主担当は別途在籍しております(本ポジションはディレクションの役割)
具体的には
獲得広告予算の確保 / 社内折衝
- 獲得広告における投資判断 / チューニング
- Google / Apple / X / Facebook / アフィリエイト等
- 上記サービスにおける運用サポート
- 広告エージェンシーや広告媒体との折衝
- KPI設計
振り返り(課題特定 / 打ち手検討 / アクション決定等)
大体の1日の流れ
マーケティングにおける戦略及び戦術に関する報告(役員及びメンバー連携)
- 直近の"獲得進捗"を分析チームと確認/要因分析
- "予算消化・割り振りの進捗"をグロースプランニング組織と確認/要因分析
- 打ち手のブラッシュアップ、新規の打ち手の検討、実行(代理店と密なコミュニケーション
- マーケティング組織内のナレッジ共有
- チームの健康状態の把握(面談)及びケア
【作業環境】
- 基本ツール:Google Spreadsheet / Google Slide / Excel
- コミュニケーション:Slack / google meet
応募資格
必須条件
toCサービス(アプリまたはWEBサービス)における広告運用経験
- 以下(A、B)のいずれかの経験(トータル3年以上)
- A:広告代理店に所属しクライアントに対する広告運用経験
- B:インハウス広告運用経験(SNS広告の経験、広告代理店のマネジメント経験)
事業責任者や予算管理部門と広告予算に関する社内折衝を自らリードしてきた経験
歓迎条件
以下(A、B)のいずれかの経験(トータル5年以上)
- A:広告代理店に所属しクライアントに対する広告運用経験
- B:インハウス広告運用経験(SNS広告の経験、広告代理店のマネジメント経験)
- 広告予算を差配してきた経験または決裁者と連携してきた経験
- 月数千万ベースの広告運用経験
- 事業会社(1つのサービス)におけるマーケティングでのグロース経験
- 事業会社及び代理店問わず、多様な媒体の運用経験、豊富な知識
- 細かな戦術を踏まえた上で戦略まで考えられる方
2〜3名のメンバーマネジメント経験
