同社で運営する薬剤師向けサービスのマーケティング戦略の立案から、施策推進を担当いただきます。
同社はインハウスでマーケティング施策の実行も担っているため、事業責任者やエンジニア、ディレクター等の社内外の関係者を巻き込み、マーケティング活動全般をリードいただくことを期待しています。
【具体的には】
・各サービスのマーケティング戦略の構築、実行
-課題の可視化・戦略立案のためのリサーチやユーザーの定性課題の把握と分析
-新規ユーザー獲得手法の立案-実行
-CV後の営業プロセスの改善提案・実行
・広告やCRMデータ等の各種定量データの分析とデータ拡張等のデータマネジメント
・各マーケティングチャネルの運用戦略の策定と実行
-インハウスでの運用型広告の施策立案
-広告媒体社とのコミュニケーション・施策推進・事例創出
ー配信する広告クリエイティブの企画・制作ディレクション
※入社1年~2年後を目安にメンバーマネジメント・育成を担うリーダーとしての活躍を期待しています
【求める人材】
・Web広告の運用経験(目安:2年以上・運用金額1000万円以上/月)
【歓迎】
・Google、Yahoo等のリスティング広告、ディスプレイ広告の経験
・アクセス解析の業務経験
【給与】
年収600~850万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
