保育園の施設開発を担う部署でのバックオフィス業務です。
- 仕事内容
保育所・発達支援施設の新設・運営・改修に必要な資料準備・書類作成・補助金申請などの【事務・調整業務】を担当
具体的には――
《補助金申請》
自治体提出書類の作成
担当園の書類回収、チェック
運営に係る補助金の申請・請求・実績報告
《開園準備》
申請書や整備計画書の作成
工事の進捗管理・支払い処理
《開発・営業アシスタント》
公募情報の調査
企画提案資料作成
保育園の新規開設にあたっては、自治体や社内での協議を繰り返し、必要書類の準備・作成を進めます。
法人内の各部署にヒアリングしながら資料を集めたり、必要書類を準備したり、開園が決まってからは、自治体・設計会社・工事会社など、社外の関係者との調整をしたり、多様な立場の人とやりとりをするポジションです
※雇用期間1年(原則更新)

週5日、9:00~18:00の間で6時間以上(17:00までの勤務必須)
朝は子どもを送り出して10:00~17:00の勤務、
午前中は家事をして13:00~18:00の勤務 等も相談可能
もちろん、がっつりフルタイムでの勤務も大歓迎
配属部署には20~40代を中心に、正職員11名・アルバイト2名が活躍中。
お互いにサポートし合える体制を整えています。
