About the role
Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and have a great spa experience on their visit by following Four Seasons standards and operational procedures.
What you will do
- Verify the attendant staff is present.
- Read and update the daily log and communicate relevant information to the staff.
- Operate the computer, copier, and credit card machines.
- Utilize the trace file, cashier sheets, and handle the daily accounting based on hotel's cashiering policy.
- Process outgoing mail
- Process all charges.
- Set up and handle gift certificates.
- Requisition and stock office supplies for the desk.
- Copy and distribute materials.
- Provide assistance to guests and members about the retail merchandise.
- Handle telephone communication according to Four Seasons standards.
- Respond appropriately in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
- Report any malfunction or Engineering issue to the appropriate department.
- Handle and prioritize daily logistics to aid operations.
- Provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds guest's expectations.
- Comply with the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety are executed.
- Comply with local legislation as required.
- Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
- Attend training and meetings as and when required.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the management.
What you bring
EDUCATION: High School education or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE: Preferred one to two years experience in hospitality industry or related position with Four Seasons or other organization.
