Job Summary:
The Executive Club Guest Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for guests in the Executive Club Lounge. This includes greeting and bidding farewell to guests, handling their requests and complaints, and providing information about hotel services and facilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure check-in and check-out procedures are done according to standard.
- Test all guest room keys and inspect rooms to ensure all required preferences are ready.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide a room orientation.
- Utilize electronic equipment in guest rooms and set up devices.
- Ensure EC F&B procedures are up to standard.
- Knowledge of Four Seasons Spa facilities and services.
- Greet and bid farewell to all EC guest departures.
- Handle guest complaints and make prompt decisions for best possible satisfaction.
- Understand Four Seasons Core, Culture, and Training standards for Front Office operations.
- Treat every guest request as a personalized request.
- Provide general information and answer guest inquiries.
- Handle conference room bookings and preparations.
- Display high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Monitor daily revenue of the Cub Lounge.
- Assist guests with airline reservations, transmitting faxes, and handling messages.
Other Responsibilities:
- Know hotel telephone and fax numbers, telephone access codes, and major countries and cities access codes.
- Have good knowledge of Food and Beverage outlet concepts and menus.
- Be able to know, train, and follow all emergency, security, and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluent in oral and written English and Japanese.
- At least 1 year experience in Executive Floors or Guest Relations.
- Knowledge of computer.
- Ability to multitask on other positions within Front Office.

Schedule & Hours:
Full-time position with eight-hour shift and flexibility to work according to business volume.
