Direct and control the activities of the Club Lounge to ensure adherence to Four Seasons standards, policies, and procedures.

• Direct Club Lounge staff to ensure communication and follow up on any problems, guest requests, and special requirements.

• Interview and hire new employees, ensure they are correctly trained, and take corrective action as required.

• Review daily arrivals, VIPs, special requests, group needs, and room assignments and coordinate with other departments.

• Escort VIP's and return guests to their rooms when required.

• Handle guest complaints and keep management informed as necessary.

• Conduct departmental meetings and keep commitment reports updated.

• Work with the Director of Revenue on room availability and selling strategy to maximize occupancy, revenue, and rates for the Club Lounge.

• Ensure hotel OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

• Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

Fluent in oral and written English & Japanese.

Experience in same capacity in Executive Floors.
