「とじないカツ丼」を知っていますか?

卵でとじず、サクサクの衣のまま、特製出汁と卵をまとわせる。

見た目にも美しく、香りも豊かで、一口で笑顔になる——

そんな新しいカツ丼文化を広げているのが、

私たち『カツ丼は人を幸せにする』です。

2026年1月、銀座に新店舗がグランドオープン。

全国的にも話題を呼ぶこのブランドの【旗艦店】として、

「一杯の丼から幸せを届ける」チームをつくります。

募集するのはお店を支える正社員。

まずは現場のオペレーションを学び、ゆくゆくは店長に。

半年後・1年後には"ブランドの核"となって活躍してほしいと考えています。

飲食経験がある方はもちろん、

「自分の店を持ちたい」「小さなチームで裁量を持ちたい」という方にぴったりの環境です。

そんなビジョンのもと、ひとつひとつの動作や香りまで丁寧にこだわっています。

新しくオープンする銀座店は、

総席数12席の落ち着いたコバコ(小箱)空間。

スタッフは常時3人ほど。

お客様とじっくり向き合える距離感で、

自分たちのペースを大切に、のびのび働けます。

木目調のカウンターに、しずかに立ちのぼる出汁の香り。

「今日も来てよかった」——

そんな声が聞ける場所を、一緒に育てていきましょう。

【仕事内容】

正社員として、店舗運営に関わるすべての業務をお願いします。

具体的には:

・接客・オーダー対応・料理の提供

・仕込みや調理、盛り付けなどのキッチン業務

・スタッフの教育、シフト作成

・売上管理・発注・在庫管理

・販促企画やSNS運用などの店舗づくり

最初は既存店で研修を行い、ブランド理念や調理の流れを身につけていただきます。

未経験からスタートした先輩も多く、現場でじっくり育てる社風です。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 25日

9:30~22:30

※早番・遅番のシフト制

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 21万9000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり7万7000円 〜 8万3000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万6000円 〜 8万4000円

役職手当1万6000円

精勤手当5万円

※精勤手当は勤務日数×2000円を毎月支給します。

(31日の月で遅刻無しの場合 2000円×25日(月6日休み)=5万円)
