【部署紹介】 データとテクノロジーを駆使してビジネスを展開するイングリウッドの中で、D2Cコスメブランドの企画・開発を担うチームです。 現在、「AKNIR(梨花プロデュース)」「Aurelie.(MEGUMIプロデュース)」「Fleuri」という3つの主力ブランドを展開。 マーケティングのスピード感はそのままに、処方・品質・世界観においても「自分たちの意思」でディレクションできる、真のメーカー機能を持つ組織へ進化いたします。 公式サイト <オフィスツアー動画> 【募集背景】 事業拡大に伴い、商品開発担当を募集いたします。 【業務内容】 梨花プロデュース「AKNIR」や新規ヘアケアプロジェクトにおいて、市場トレンドを捉えたスピード感ある商品開発をお任せします。 既存の枠にとらわれず、01を生み出す特攻役としての活躍を期待いたします。 新規ヘアケア商品の企画・開発 ・トレンド(成分・テクスチャ・香り)を反映した、市場競争力の高い商品の具現化 ・シャンプー、トリートメント、スタイリング剤等の処方ディレクション スピード重視のアジャイル開発 ・複数のOEMメーカーを比較・選定し、最短ルートで最適解を導き出すハンドリング ・「60点の試作」を高速で「売れる品質」まで引き上げる改善指示 「五感」に訴える品質設計 ヘアケアで最も重要視される「香り」や「洗い上がりの手触り」へのこだわりを追求し、OEMへ的確にフィードバックを行う。(試作品の官能評価および改善指示) 【このポジションの魅力】 ・圧倒的なスピード感と打席数 「企画から発売まで1年以上」といった重厚長大な開発ではありません。 市場の熱が冷めないうちに商品を投入するダイナミックな開発サイクルを回せます。 ・「売れる」までの全工程が見える 開発して終わりではなく、自社のマーケターと連携し、どういう広告で、どういう訴求で売っていくかまで並走できます。 「自分が作った商品がなぜ売れたのか(売れなかったのか)」の答え合わせが即座にできる環境です。 ・真の商品開発ができる環境 「OEMができないと言ったから諦める」ではなく、あなたの知見で「こうすればできるはず」と突破口を開く面白さがあります。
必須スキル
・ヘアケア製品(シャンプー・トリートメント・スタイリング剤等)の商品企画または開発経験(3年以上目安) ・官能評価スキル(使用感・香りの言語化)が高い方 ※化学的な説明力よりも、「ターゲットに刺さる使用感・香り」を言語化し、 OEMへ的確に修正指示できる能力 ・スピード感のあるOEMディレクション・交渉のご経験 ・市場トレンドへの感度が高い方

・香りの開発・選定経験 ・学術的な「成分知識」や「毛髪理論」の深さをお持ちの方 ・学術文献・特許情報の「マーケティング翻訳」のスキルをお持ちの方 ・毛髪診断士等の資格

給与
500万~800万 ※ご経験とスキルに応じて相談可 ※上記金額には固定残業手当45時間分を含みます (固定残業手当45時間超過分、深夜勤務手当分については、別途支給をします) ※昇給昇格年2回(3月・9月)、賞与年2回(5月・11月)
