O&M Lead Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation of designated solar projects, monitoring performance trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate and implement standardized O&M procedures and maintenance plans with service contractors, ensuring alignment with internal operational standards.
- Actively support the tendering process, contract negotiations, and setup for O&M-related services and spare parts procurement.
- Supervise service contractors in line with Service Level Agreements and manage inspections required by regulatory authorities for renewable energy assets.
- Drive and monitor the execution of operational improvement initiatives within the O&M scope.
- Contribute to the preparation of O&M budgets, aiming to enhance asset profitability.
- Manage relationships and compliance with local stakeholders, transmission system operators (TSOs), regulators, offtakers, and contractors, collaborating with internal and external parties as needed.
- Ensure adherence to maintenance policies to meet asset performance goals and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with local authorities and communities.
- Support insurance arrangements and handle claims when necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
