仕事内容


大手信用金庫での電話とメールを使ったカスタマーサポート業務をお任せします。

残業などはほとんどなく月に1時間以内、土日祝日休みの17時までのお仕事です

具体的には

「住宅ローンについて聞きたい」

「営業時間はなんじまで?」

「住所を変更したい」

などお電話やメールでのお問い合わせに

マニュアルに沿って伝えていただく

手続きのサポートとデータ入力をお任せします。

座学からOJTまでしっかりとした研修があるので安心してスタートできます

最寄り駅から徒歩5分通勤もしやすく残業も少ないのでプライベートの時間もしっかり確保できます

【プライベートとの両立】

9:00~17:00までのお仕事で残業はほとんどありませんので

お仕事終わりに習い事や子供のお迎え、家事などプライベートの時間もしっかり確保できます。

【受電のみ×完全週休2日制でメリハリのある働き方】

対応していただくのは受電対応やメールでの返信のみ、一日の対応件数も少なめです。

休日出勤等もありませんので休みもしっかり確保

総労働時間:1週あたり35時間

平日勤務

9:00 ~ 17:00(実働7時間/休憩1時間)

※残業は多くて月1時間程度です。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 19万円 〜 19万5000円

固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

※賞与に関しては6月・12月の賞与時期に支給

※8時間を超える残業は残業代全額支給

※通勤交通費全額支給

近くにコンビニがあり周辺に飲食店も多数あります。

30代、40代の方が多く、4人チームで業務を運営しております。

まずは座学やマニュアルを覚えていただき、少しずつ業務を覚えていただきます。

わからないことがあればすぐに聞けるので確実にスキルアップできます。
