仕事内容:

開発体制はチームによりスクラム、かんばん(TiDD)、ウォーターフォールと多様な手法を取り入れています。

その中で、要件定義からスケジュール策定、テスト実施、リリースに至るまでの一連のプロセス管理に加え、対外的な窓口対応やドキュメント作成といった実務も担い、円滑なプロジェクト進行を能動的にリードしていただきます。

- プロジェクト計画・進行管理

- 要件定義、スコープ調整、スケジュール策定、進捗管理

- テスト計画、実施管理およびテスト実施

- ステークホルダー・コミュニケーション管理

- 開発チームおよび外部チームとの窓口対応、折衝

- 役職者への報告、意思決定支援(コスト・リソース計画の策定等)

- チーム運営・ガバナンス

- チームタスク管理、課題・リスク管理

- 品質管理および各種ドキュメント作成(仕様書、報告書等)
