Responsibilities:

業界の専門知識とビジネスの洞察力を生かして、顧客のモチベーション、ビジネス推進要因、戦略的目標・目的、望ましいビジネスの成果を理解すること
Salesforce と自分自身を長く信頼できるアドバイザー関係として位置づけるコンサルティング販売の手法を用いて、特に役員レベルの顧客に関与すること
Salesforce プラットフォームへの顧客による投資から大きな成功と事業価値を生み出すことを目標に、説得力のあるビジョンを作成し、我々の変革ソリューションを明確に伝えること
テリトリープランと、顧客の事業目標に合わせて顧客ごとに個別化されたアカウントプランを策定し管理すること正確かつタイムリーに予測し、パイプを作り、Salesforceの収益の前年比成長を達成する機会を推進すること
成功に役立つライセンス販売組織や地域の提携先・パートナー組織と強力な関係を築くこと

Requirements:
8 年以上のコンサルティング販売の経験と、常にノルマを上回ってきた証明済みの実績。そのうち、戦略的コンサルティング会社または大規模システムインテグレーター向けにプロフェッショナルサービスを販売および/または実施した経験が 2~3 年以上
役員レベルと関係を構築・維持し、信頼できるアドバイザーとして認められる実証された能力
大規模で複雑な案件(100 万ドル以上)で成長中のアカウントの経験
複雑でマトリックス化された環境において緊密に協力でき、秀でる
強力な対人スキルを持つチームプレーヤー
