End to Endの自動運転MLモデルの開発に従事していただきます。
(具体的には以下のいずれかに携わっていただきます)
1)AI/MLを駆使した自動運転アルゴリズム開発(E2E、VLM)
2)インプリメンテーション(SoCへの実装/使いこなし)
<募集背景>
2010年代後半、生成AI技術の基になったTransformer技術の登場以降、生成AI技術の画像認識への応用、車載への応用が急速に進展しています。自動運転システムの開発に10年以上の歴史と技術を持つ私たち先進モビリティシステム開発部は、この革新的な生成AIの技術にいち早く着目し、生成AIを活用したデータドリブン技術を自動運転システムに適応するという難問を解決するため、日々研究開発を行っています。自動運転システムの分野を常にリードし、将来のモビリティ社会を技術革新によって変えていきたいという強い意志を持った仲間を募集しています。

[必須要件]※業界不問/製品不問
■AI/MLでのソフトウェア開発経験がある方(3年以上)
■下記言語/開発PFのいずれかを利用した3年以上の開発経験があること
・利用言語語:C/C++/Python
・開発PF:ROS/ROS2/RTOS
[歓迎要件]
□AI/MLでの自動運転システムの開発経験
□コンピュータサイエンス、機械学習分野の研究経験(トップカンファレンスでの発表実績等)
□大規模データを扱うMLOpsの開発経験
□英語力(コンピュータサイエンス、機械学習に関連する分野でネイティブと議論および専門文書を読解できる英語力(目安:TOEIC780相当以上))
【給与】
700万円~1430万円
※上記年収レンジは目安です。前職の給与・スキル・経験・等を考慮の上、当社規定で決定致します。【モデル年収例(残業代含まず)】・年収740万円/32歳 ・年収1250万円/45歳 ※標準労働時間8H
