【主な業務容】
- アナログ設計チームの一員として、新製品の開発を担当
- デジタル・レイアウトチームと連携しながらの1chip 開発
- LDO、バンドギャップ、チャージポンプ、プリドライバー、パワーFET、ADC.などの回路を含むIPDアナログ製品設計
- 最新のシミュレーション・検証ツールを使っての回路検証

Qualifications
【MUST】
- 博士、または 3 ~ 5 年以上の実務経験のある修士、または 5 年以上の実務経験のある学士
- 製品開発において、設計手法、設計プロセス、CAD ツール、テスト容易化設計、物理設計、システム応用等に精通している
- 回路図エディタ、SPICE シミュレータ (または同等のトランジスタ レベル回路シミュレータ)、Virtuoso などの CAD ツールに精通している
- CMOSプロセス技術とデバイス物理特性を理解している
- 計画立案ができ、且つ自発的に行動できる
- 環境変化に対応でき、 チームメイトとの高い協調性をもっている(Local / Remote)
Language Skills:
- English: Proficient; able to perform all work-related tasks without difficulty
- Japanese: Conversational; capable of handling daily interactions
【WANT】
- 車載製品またはアプリケーションの開発経験
- IPD製品設計経験
