Description
Responsibilities:
Analog Design Engineer will develop next generation CMOS Image Sensors, as R&D engineer, working for future technologies not only analog circuits design but also circuits architecture, new structure and new device. Analog Design Engineer will communicate proactively with other disciplines and take on Technical Leadership Role to develop Analog System and Blocks thoroughly from specification, design, verification, to silicon bring-up and production support.
- Define System Architecture of array readout circuit based on product features and performance requirements.
- Work closely with digital, layout, process, evaluation engineers to debug, optimize performance of image sensors and successfully bring new products from initial concept through mass production.
- Perform the block level and transistor level design and optimization of sensor array readout circuit.
- Simulates analog circuits to ensure that performance, noise, timing and power requirements.
- New circuit R&D to be ahead of current technology.
- Instruct less experienced engineers when necessary.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience with Analog design and verification
- Experience as a designer to develop Analog System on silicon
- Result oriented and embrace change behaviors
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience on project leader for Analog system is a plus
- Experience / knowledge in CMOS Image Sensor is a plus
- Experience on evaluation for CMOS Image Sensor is a plus
- Language skill: Japanese business and English business
- MS / PhD in Electrical Electronics Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
