仕事内容


営業スタッフやシニアサポート部門と連携しながら、不動産取引を「正確・円滑・安心」へ導くサポート業務を担当していただきます。

  • 営業職から「事務・サポート職」にシフトしたい方も歓迎します

  • 宅建士としての専門業務

・重要事項説明書・売買契約書の作成およびチェック

・法令・権利関係の確認(登記簿・公図・法令制限等)

・重要事項説明(対面・オンラインいずれもあり)

・契約・決済に向けた書類管理、スケジュール調整

  • 営業サポート業務

・売却案件の進捗管理

・レインズ・ポータルサイトへの登録補助

・司法書士・税理士・弁護士との連絡調整

・住宅ローンデスクと連携し顧客の住宅ローンをサポート

・売主様・ご家族への書類案内やフォロー対応

・その他、店頭での電話および来店時の初期接遇対応など

  • シニアサポート事業との連携

・老人ホーム入居に伴う売却案件の書類対応

・相続・空き家・おひとりさま終活案件に関する契約サポート

・身元保証・死後事務委任・任意後見などに関する不動産関連書類の整理・補助業務

・売買仲介は売却中心。購入仲介メインの営業サポートはほぼありません

当社は多摩地域に根ざし48年以上、不動産売買・賃貸管理を行ってきました。

近年は「シニアライフ相談サロン」を軸に、老人ホーム入居・相続・空き家・おひとりさま終活といったシニアサポート事業と連動した売却相談 が大きく増えています。

売却中心のコンサルティブな営業スタイルを、書類・契約・法務面から支える宅建事務(営業サポート) の体制強化が目的です。

※営業ノルマはありません

※「前に出て売る」よりも「後ろから支える」役割です

*宅地建物取引士資格(必須)

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 23日

  • 勤務時間:9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)
  • 月平均残業時間20時間程度

  • 週休2日制(選択休日制)
  • 定休日:水曜・祝日
  • 土日休みも選択休日可能
  • 連休制度あり
  • GW休暇(実績5日~7日)
  • 夏季休暇(実績5日~7日)

  • 有給休暇(10日~40日)
  • 慶弔休暇(就業規則による)

※会社カレンダーによる指定年間休日は105日ですが、有給休暇の計画付与により、GW・夏季・年末年始は会社全体で上記連休を確保しています。

※また、水曜日と祝日が会社定休日となるため、カレンダーによっては選択休日と組み合わせることにより柔軟な連休取得も可能。

※その他、スタッフ相互の協力による連休の取得も奨励しています。

給与詳細


基本給:年俸 360万円 〜 540万円

固定残業代:なし

※年俸のほかに業績給(賞与)あり

※昇給年1回(9月)
