【事業拡大に伴い、在庫まわりを支える"事務専任"ポジションを募集】

会員数200万人超、加盟店舗数1,700店以上の

ケーキ・スイーツ専門ECサイト「」。

SNSやメディアで話題の自社ブランド商品や、

OEMスイーツ、卸・POPUP向け商品の拡大に伴い、

在庫や発注まわりを「事務・データ管理」で支える専任スタッフを募集します。

スイーツは賞味期限がある商材のため、

在庫数や日付を正しく管理することが、

ムダなロスを防ぎ、事業を安定させる重要な役割になります。

専門的な物流知識や、現場作業はありません。

正確な事務処理や、数字のチェックが得意な方に向いている仕事です。

【具体的な業務内容】

■ 在庫データの管理・チェック(メイン業務)

  • ECや卸先、イベント用など、拠点ごとの在庫数の管理
  • スプレッドシートを使った在庫数・賞味期限の入力・更新
  • 数量のズレや不足、ロスが出そうな場合の社内共有
  • 在庫移動や数量調整に関する事務サポート

※「自分で判断して在庫を動かす」仕事ではなく、

数字を正しく整理し、関係者に伝える役割です。

■ 発注・納期に関する事務対応

  • 企画担当やMDが決めた内容をもとにした発注対応
  • 発注内容・数量・納期の確認
  • 発注〜納品までの進捗管理(事務ベース)

■ 社内外とのやり取り(調整・連絡中心)

  • 社内(営業・MD・企画担当)との連絡・情報共有
  • 取引先や外注先とのメール・チャットでの確認対応
  • 複数案件を並行して進めるための事務サポート

求める人材:

必須条件

  • 事務、営業事務、物流事務、MD事務、データ管理などの実務経験

(目安:2年以上/業界不問) ExcelまたはGoogleスプレッドシートを使った

データの入力・集計・管理業務の経験(VLOOKUP、SUMIF、ピボットテーブルなど) *複数の関係者とやり取りしながら、

正確さを求められる業務を進めてきた経験 * 数字や期限を意識し、

「ミスなく進めること」を大切にできる方※ SCMや物流の専門知識は不要です。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥291,700 〜 ¥375,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥69,100〜¥88,800(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
