【所属事業部門の概要】

・全社技術部門には4つの本部(研究開発本部、事業開発本部、核酸医薬開発本部、技術知財戦略本部)があり、それぞれ異なる役割を担っています。全社技術部門と事業執行体R&Dが一体となって、既存事業分野の成長と未来価値の創出をめざして研究開発に取り組んでいます。

<担当業務>


【担当製品】

・次世代半導体向け機能材料の新製品開発

【担当製品の詳細(用途・強み)】

・半導体は機能向上のため微細化が進行しており、機能検査においても微細化の要求があります。製造した半導体を傷つけずに検査する手法の要求が高まっており、かつ現在の微細化に対応したソリューションは世の中になく、当社の強みである多孔化技術を活用した提案を推進しています。

【職務内容】

・半導体検査保護シートの開発

【入社後まずお任せしたい業務】

・半導体検査に要求される微細レベル、抵抗値、硬さなどを理解いただき、これらの要求特性を満たす製品設計に携わっていただきます。

・既存担当者やマーケティングメンバーとも連携しながら、顧客要求を満足させる製品設計とコンセプト品の具現化、実ビジネスに向けた戦略立案や製造プロセス開発などに取り組んでいただきます。

【将来的にお任せしたい業務/キャリアパスのイメージ】

・3年後の製品化を目安に製品設計、プロセス設計、顧客ワークなどに取り組んでいただきます。

・5年後にはさらに将来の業界動向を予測しながら、戦略立案、新製品提案、顧客提案などを自ら引っ張っていくリーダーとして活躍することを期待しています。

<働き方>


【出張(国内/海外)】

・海外、国内への出張を想定しています。

・大阪関東エリア(1-2回/月)、海外:韓国、台湾など(1-2回/年)

【テレワーク】

・平均的には1日/週ほどの在宅勤務状況ですが、業務に応じて増減可能です。

【フレックス勤務】

・コアレスフレックス制を導入しており、上長と相談の上、ご家庭のご事情、業務都合などに合わせ柔軟に利用しています。

【残業時間】

・月平均20~30H程度です。

【勤務地詳細】

・大阪府 JR東海道本線茨木駅から徒歩約8分

・寮、社宅制度もあり、ご入社時の転居費や現地での住居、単身赴任等の補助に関しては詳細は応募以降、面談時にご説明させて頂きます。

・梅田まで約15分、京都まで約30分と各地へのアクセスもよく、土日祝などのレジャーや買い物も不自由は少ない環境です。
