仕事内容:
You will be responsible for basic front-of-house duties and dishwashing tasks at our sushi restaurant, including: Guiding guests to their seats Serving tea and water Clearing used dishes Washing dishes in the dishwashing area Light cleaning duties ※ There are no difficult tasks, and full support and guidance will be provided. ※ This position is suitable for first-time restaurant workers, and beginners are very welcome.

We offer very flexible working arrangements, including lunch-only, dinner-only, or short shifts from as little as 3 hours. Transportation allowance provided, and staff meals included, making this a comfortable and supportive workplace. Shifts can be adjusted to suit your skiing schedule and personal plans.

■ Available Workdays Shift-based scheduling from Monday to Sunday, based on your availability Minimum 1 shift per week is acceptable ■ Working Hours Lunch shift: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (4 hours) Dinner shift: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (7 hours) ※ Lunch-only, dinner-only, and short shifts (from 3 hours) are also available ■ Break Time Break between lunch and dinner shifts: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (off-duty) Additional breaks during dinner shifts will be provided as required by labor laws ■ Overtime Overtime is generally not required On particularly busy days, a short amount of overtime (several minutes) may occur on a voluntary basis ■ Employment Type Part-time / Casual (Arubaito) Winter-season-only short-term staff Flexible, self-declared shift system Highly flexible scheduling (lunch only, dinner only, short hours, etc.) ■ Additional Notes on Scheduling Work frequency can be adjusted from 1 to 6 days per week Full-time availability is also welcome Scheduling is flexible and can be arranged to suit your skiing and personal plans

We are a calm and refined sushi restaurant located in the Niseko Hirafu area. The location is easy to commute to by bus or car, with many restaurants and hotels nearby, creating a convenient working environment. With many international visitors, you can work in a friendly, international atmosphere.
